Quick-pickled Eggs

Lightly Seasoned Vinegar Blend is now available in Tesco and Morrisons. Mediterranean Vinegar Blend is now available in Morrisons.


  • 4-8 eggs
  • Sarson’s Lightly Seasoned/Mediterranean Vinegar Blend


  1. Bring a deep saucepan of water to a rolling boil, gently add the eggs to the water and boil for 8-10 minutes for a hard-boiled egg.
  2. Run under cold water for 10 minutes to speed up the cooling process and so the egg doesn’t overcook.
  3. Once cold, peel the eggs and place into a deep bowl/jug/jar. Cover with your choice of Sarson’s vinegar blend. Leave for 15 minutes, drain and enjoy.
