Soy & chilli dressing

Make this using Sarson’s Malt Vinegar.


  • 100mls soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp dry sherry (optional)
  • 3 tbsp Sarson’s Malt Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 seeded and finely chopped red chilli.


  1. Whisk together soy sauce, sherry and Sarson’s Malt Vinegar.
  2. Then add the brown sugar and chilli and stir.
  3. Serving Suggestion: stir through hot noodles or drizzle onto grilled fish.
