Soy & chilli dressing
Make this using Sarson’s
Malt Vinegar

Ingredients
100mls soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp dry sherry (optional)
3 tbsp Sarson’s Malt Vinegar
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 seeded and finely chopped red chilli.
Method
Whisk together soy sauce, sherry and Sarson’s Malt Vinegar.
Then add the brown sugar and chilli and stir.
Serving Suggestion: stir through hot noodles or drizzle onto grilled fish.
