Yoghurt & Dill Sauce

Ingredients

  • 150g natural yoghurt
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp Sarson’s Distilled Malt Vinegar
  • 1 tsp French mustard
  • a few sprigs of chopped dill
  • sea salt
  • ground black pepper.

Method

  1. Beat everything together.
  2. Spoon into a bowl or jug to serve.
  3. Serving Suggestion: with crudités
