Bourbon Sour

Enjoy a pickled cocktail this party season! We've added a dash of pickling juice to this classic Bourbon Sour to add some extra kick.

Make this using Sarson’s Classic Malt Pickling Vinegar.


  • 35ml Bourbon
  • 25 ml Sarson’s Pickling Malt Vinegar
  • 1 medium egg white
  • 17ml sugar syrup
  • Ice
  • Cherry


  1. Combine the Bourbon, Sarson’s Pickling Malt Vinegar, egg white and the sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add the lid and shake for 10-15 seconds.
  2. Add ice and shake for a further 10-15 seconds.
  3. Pour into a small tumbler glass and garnish with the cherry.
