- 35ml Bourbon
- 25 ml Sarson’s Pickling Malt Vinegar
- 1 medium egg white
- 17ml sugar syrup
- Combine the Bourbon, Sarson’s Pickling Malt Vinegar, egg white and the sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add the lid and shake for 10-15 seconds.
- Add ice and shake for a further 10-15 seconds.
- Pour into a small tumbler glass and garnish with the cherry.
