Homemade Mint Sauce

This easy and quick mint sauce recipe combines fresh mint leaves with Sarson's Malt Vinegar and a little sugar. Whether mixed into yoghurt for a great sauce to use on chicken wraps or served with roast lamb, that combination of fragrant mint and the tang of properly crafted Sarson's Malt Vinegar is a must-try!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Sarson's Malt Vinegar
  • 1 bunch of fresh mint
  • 1 tbsp caster sugar
  • Salt and pepper, to season

Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl, taste to check seasoning. Serve with roast lamb and enjoy!
