
Homemade Mint Sauce
This easy and quick mint sauce recipe combines fresh mint leaves with Sarson's Malt Vinegar and a little sugar. Whether mixed into yoghurt for a great sauce to use on chicken wraps or served with roast lamb, that combination of fragrant mint and the tang of properly crafted Sarson's Malt Vinegar is a must-try!
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Sarson's Malt Vinegar
- 1 bunch of fresh mint
- 1 tbsp caster sugar
- Salt and pepper, to season
